Serve with friends, family and you will be made hostess of the year! Make with milk, vanilla ice cream or almond milk and your choice of alcohol. For the kids just use milk. Awesome with Baileys! Ingredients: Sugar, dextrose, maltodextrine, non dairy creamer, dutch processed cocoa, corn syrup, solids, whey protein, natural and artificial flavor, xanthan gum, salt. DIRECTIONS: Chocolate Whip In a one gallon zip lock bag add 2 1/2 cups of milk, 1 cups of Vodka, Baileys Kahlua, Rum, or a Flavored Liquor, 1 pack of dry mix, freeze for 3-5 hours, serve. Makes 8-10 four oz. glasses. Blender version: Fill blender with ice, add 2 cups of milk, 1 cup of desired alcohol, 1 pack of mix, blend until smooth and serve. Stove top version: Heat in pot on a low flame till warm (do NOT boil). Can use vanilla ice cream or almond milk instead of milk. Non alcohol: Use 3 cups of milk or ice cream and serve on ice or make in blender with ice. Make with Wine: in a one gallon zip lock bag add 3/4 to 1 bottle of Dry white wine, 1 pack of mix, freeze for 3-5 hours, let soften and serve. We have now completed a few events and the new soup mixes have been flying out. New Englanders really love their soup. With (10) flavors available it is difficult to pick a favorite though. Today we want to start providing some recipes ideas.
SPUDS 'N CHIVES BAKED POTATO SOUP 1 Pkg Spuds 'N Chives Potato Soup 4 green onions, thinly sliced 10-12 strip bacon, cooked, drained &crumbled, set aside as garnish 11/4 C shredded mild cheddar cheese, set aside as garnish 2 C sour cream, 1/2 to soup, 1/2 as garnish 3/4 teaspoon salt (optional) 1/2 teaspoon pepper (optional) 2/3 C butter 6 Cups Milk Combine all ingredients in a medium to large pan except the garnish. *Add milk to your desired consistency AND bring to a boil slowly. Simmer slowly for 30 minutes. Stir often to avoid sticking. Garnish each bowl with crumbled bacon, shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream. Serves Approx: 6-8 Prep & Cook time 30- 45 Mins. Yeah!! the soups on!!!

We are very excited about our delicious new salsa -Rita mix. The salsa mix comes packaged with (6) servings per package. Each serving makes up to 14.5 oz. which is a typical can size of diced tomatoes. Of course you can use garden fresh tomatoes. We sell at our farmers market and the customers love this new product. What is neat is you can make a fruit salsa by adding pineapple, peach, mango, etc. The salsa mix is mild so make it as spicy as you like with Habanero or Jalapeno peppers. Yummy!!!!
